Run/Squat:
Squats:

* Squats felt strong. 415 was about a 5 - 5.5 on dificulty. Knee sleeves, no belt.
* Setup: Had to do this at LA Fitness so run was on treamill upstairs. Squats were downstairs. probably a minute to a minute fifteen total transition time per round.
Repeat the following 4 times:
Run 0.5 miles
Squat 275 x 8
TIME: 24:11
* Loved this workout. Felt like about an 8 difficulty. Tried to keep the speed on the runs between 7.5 - 8. Sometimes started out on a 7 for a couple seconds. Sometimes strayed as high as 8.5.
When finished:
Front squats: 135 x 20
*Cake. Good finisher.
