Upper body strength
*Today was weird. I hesitate to say it was shitty because I felt really good. Energy was high. Motivation was high. I just didn't perform well. I guess I'll just explain as I go.
Flat bench press:

135 x 6
185 x 3
225 x 2
245 x 1
275 x 1
335 x 1
350 x fail
* Really thought I had 350. Unracking it felt good, felt good on the way down, but hit a wall about halfway up. Should have had it. Positive I could have gotten 340 and probably could have gotten 345.
245 x 4, 4, 4, 4 (2-3 second pause)
*These felt pretty good. Reps slowed down a little on set 3 and 4, but were never difficult.
Close Grip Incline Press
205 x 8, 8
175 x 8
*Last rep on the second set of 105 was absolutely 100%. Closest you can get to failure and still make the rep. I think it really fried my triceps. I was thinking 12 - 15 on 175 before I started, but nope.
Strict OHP: 75% of max x 5 x 5
175 x 5
170 x 5, 5, 5, 4
* Triceps were just gone. This should have been so easy, but it was ridiculously hard.
Push press, speed:
135 x 10, 10, 10, 10
*This was thankfully still pretty easy.
4 rounds of the following:
-10 towel pullups
-10 clap pushups
* Also not horrible.
