*335 was somewhat slow. Not bad though. Bench felt good today.
DB bench press:
95's x 13, 8, 10
Close Grip Bench Press
205 x 8, 8
175 x 8
KB clean and press:
32kg x 8 x 2 per arm
*Definitely the hardest part of the workout. My KB game has gotten weak.
Push press, speed:
155 x 10 x 3
*Easy easy
4 rounds of the following:
-10 towel pullups
-10 clap pushups
100 sit ups (broken)
Feels great to be back and lifting again.
