Bench. Cycle 3 Day 2


NOTES:
- No AM cardio. 
- Next week go back to 3 x 12 on KB strict press.  Then a few sets of lower reps with 32kg.
- 75 total reps of pull up variations today.  Slowly work volume up to 100 total reps on this day.
- Threw in a lot of band push downs throughout pull up work for extra tricep work.  Sets and reps not tracked.
