ME Upper:
Bring a towel to the gym
Bench press:
bar x 10
135 x 6
155 x 4

330 x 1
345 x 1 (No spotter. Lift or die.)
*Bench felt pretty good. 315 was cake. 330 wasn't terrible. 345 was very hard. Thought I might die.
Cable push downs. EMOM x 6 minutes
105 x 5
5 rounds of:
5 clap pushups (after yesterday, this will feel HORRIBLE)
5 power snatches, 135#
*The clap push ups were actually very easy. My muscles were sore, but not very weak today. I did get gassed easily though. The snatches felt decent. Some reps felt really smooth and solid. Some felt very hitchy and bleh. Still have some work to do here. I forgot to time it. It wasn't fast though.
Towel pullups: 5 rounds to failure
