Strength and conditioning circuits.
Deadlifts:
135 x 6
185 x 4
225 x 2
275 x 1
315 x 1
365 x 1
405 x 1
425 x 1

405 x 4, 4, 2, 2, 1
* Couldn't hang with the touch and go. My lower back just got too fried.
Complex 1:
-Push Press x 6 (145)
-Pullups x 8
-Snatch grip pendlay row x 6 (165)
-Ab Mat Situps x 30

TIME: 12:15 (YEEEEEEESSS!!)
Out for a run- 1 mile run @ 7:00 pace.
* Made it. Think I lost about 10 seconds for the treadmill to get up to speed, but even so still finished right at 7:00. I'd say it was about an 8-8.5 out of 10 in difficulty.
Squats: 135 x 30, for time.
