Rack pulls, from knee level:

*I'm not sure what the deal was today. I did 455 for 1 grinding rep. Very difficult. So I lowered it to the weights above. Energy was good today, and the deadlifts from the floor all felt good. I dunno.
Front squat/thruster circuit:
110 pounds on the bar.
First minute 10 front squats
Second minute 10 thrusters
Repeat for 10 minutes total.
RDLs to the floor:
225 x 10, 10, 10 (snatch grip.)
3 Mile Jog.
