I'm designing my own these days. The template is: 1) 5/3/1 Base Movement 2) Backoff set of base movement 3) Contrasting assistance work with KBs. I.E. Presses on bench day, squats on DL day, etc. 4)Bodyweight work 5) Odd object conditioning work. Build most of the workouts around 120-150lb sandbag and 150-200lb sled to replicate handling the weight of your average person in various strenuous ways.
Looks like a really good mix in your programming. Are you on Alex's programming or designing your own?
