Deadlift. Cycle 2 Day 11


NOTES:
- Romanian DL: Keep the same sets and reps next week.
- Pistols: 1 rep @ 44 with right leg, but failed with left.  Do more work next week, but with 24kg for reps.
- Front Squats & Goblet Squats: Everything remains the same next week.  No increases.
