- flip tire down, then up driveway
- 50m run shouldering 100 lb atlas stone

Tuck back lever work:
- hit position on first two attempts.  could not hold at position on third
2 sets of 1 muscle up
2 rope climbs, from standing, no feet up and down
2 sets of 3 skin the cats
