*Started to hit it, but realized I need to make some adjustments. Feels like I'm on the way to over training. Will take a break today with a lot of sitting around. Going to try upping my fat intake as well as eating more fruit for added calories. Going to cut back on the gymnastic strength workouts and pear it down to 1 static hold and possibly some skill work each session. WODs will stay the same. Going to go with 2 CF Endurance sessions per week instead of the planned 3. Will stick with this for 2 weeks and see how I feel about ramping it back up from there.
