Terrible, terrible day. My press isn't bad from where it used to be, but my squat and deadlift are disgusting. It could be because for the last week my sleep and nutrition have been really lacking, but I don't know. Just didn't feel strong in these lifts. It might also be because I haven't done them in forever. I'm really going to have to work on this.
