1)
Ring Dips:

With a continuously running clock do 2 dips at the top of every minute for 15 minutes.  Weight = 50 lbs

2) 
Did not do WOD.  I messed up my knee somehow and it's starting to tighten up quite a bit.  Decided to take a break from the leg work for a few days and see if it gets better.

  1. Take care of your knees bubba. I had problems with those before I started to squat correctly and often. Consider extended stretching sessions and possibly yoga. I don't give a damn what anyone says, truly strong people do yoga and are flexible. Plus, I always thought I was mad-flexible until I got my bags smoked during a yoga session by someone I can probably crush in other physical events. Know thyself and train smart, then hard. Soapbox out.
