REST

Diet:
Figured I'd post what my diet is generally like.  Sometimes it varies, but usually not by much.

- Breakfast: 1 1/4 cup of egg beaters, 2 cups of watermelon, couple of macadamia nuts
- Snack: 1 can of tuna w/ mayonnaise, 1 piece of whole wheat bread, 1 cup of apple sauce
- Next 3 meals: 1/3 pound of deli chicken, 1 cup of broccoli, 1 cup of apple sauce, macadamia nuts or almonds
- Dessert: 1 cup of blueberries, 1/2 cup of non fat cottage cheese, 1 table spoon of all natural peanut butter, small amount of honey

Supplements: Fish oil.  Between 9 and 12 capsules per day.
