Worked out early in the morning today before breakfast. It was really hard to get warmed up. In fact I never did feel quite warm and I felt a little stiff the whole time. Everything felt heavy to unrack, but was surprisingly not too bad to lift. I got to 390 with no belt in the squat with relative ease. 405 was a lot harder than it should have been based on how 390 felt, but I think it's because I tightened my belt too much. It's so tight I think it's throwing me out of the groove so I'm going to loosen it back up a little bit.
All press sets were pretty easy so I'm happy about that. Didn't have time for lat pull downs today.
