Finally hit that damn 405 with no belt.  Very satisfied with this.  I did let myself get a little overly hyped during today's session though.  I'll probably only squat up to 70-75% tomorrow to recover a little bit.  I still plan to hit good mornings and shrugs pretty hard though.
