AVG PACE: 11.06 min/mile
AVG SPEED: 5.4 mph
Wore my watch so I had all the data but speed was not the focus. Focus was on running technique, stride consistency, and running soft. Calves took a beating which was expected and my form started to break down a little after about 4 miles. Overall though everything felt pretty solid.
