My shins tightened up this morning, which is normal, but it usually goes away in about 1 mile. Today it took over 2 miles for them to loosen up so that slowed me down a little bit. Still under a 15 min pace though so I'll take it.

Was going to do some kettle bell work, but just had zero energy again. I think it might be the time of day. I severely lack motivation if I start working out in the late afternoon, but I seem to have excess motivation if I start early. Guess that's the ticket.
