Pseudo planche puch ups are still difficult. I feel like I maintain my back angle better, but I'm still maxing out at about 3 reps per set.
Running still sucks. I feel like my legs are gaining a little bit of conditioning back and the run felt much less forced and sluggish today. Still have a lot of work to do. The goal was sub 7.30 miles on the runs so that was a success.
