Interesting day because my form on squats felt really loose and shitty today, but I ended up squatting with these two other guys who didn't suck so even though I was feeling off I was still able to put up some good numbers.  Pros and cons of lifting with other people I guess.  Mentally you push harder, but I also don't like the idea of working through bad technique.  I like being able to focus on hitting the groove when I'm training solo.

Bench still feels like crap.  I can't seem to find that sweet spot.  My back off sets at 245 were starting to get there and felt a lot better, but my heavier ramp up sets weren't awesome.  275 went up smoothly, but I just felt out of place.
