Not feeling it today.  Any of it.

Conditioning
1 mile run.
Lap 1 - incline: 5,  speed: 8
Lap 2 - incline: 5,  speed: 8
Lap 3 - incline: 5,  speed: 7.5
Lap 4 - incline: 5,  speed: 7

Very very difficult.  Thought I could do the entire thing on 8 mph, but I was very wrong.  Inclines are brutal.  Mr. NQ if we don't find some hills to practice on that canyon is going to own my soul.

More edits: I am realizing that I am neglecting my flexibility and mobility work.  I need to make it a daily thing for sure.
