AM
4 mile jog in VFF.  No time.  Relaxed pace.  Focus on form.

100 Calf Raises.

Felt a little heavy and clunky today.  I wasn't feeling very light on my feet.  Still, I did notice that it's getting much easier to coast through several miles in five fingers than it used to be.  My lower legs are becoming much more conditioned, take less time to warm up, and give me far few problems.

Said screw it and skipped 405 and went straight for 410.  It felt just as easy as 405 would have, I'm just slipping forward a little bit coming out of the bottom.  I need to work on staying back on the heels more.

Finally got that 275.  It felt pretty smooth, but I did have to ask for a spot just to make myself feel comfortable.  Honestly the eccentric feels more difficult than the concentric does.  I also noticed I breathe out pretty forcefully on the ascent.  I need to work on that because I'm sure I lose a lot of pressure and tightness by doing that.
