Today was a very low energy day.  I just felt zapped.  However, my squat felt pretty awesome.  Go figure.  I was in a good groove.  I brought the big boy belt today and 415 was smooth.  No sticking points at all.  I did change my rack position a little.  I move the bar about 1 inch down so it sits on the top of my shoulders instead of on the top of my traps.  It's more uncomfortable, but I think it allowed me to get tighter in my upper body as well as maintain a better position throughout the lift.  The bar didn't push me forward and I didn't shift toward my toes out of the hole.

 Bench?  Meh.  265 wasn't terrible, but I was just done by that point.  Had no motivation left to do anything.  Tomorrow is another day.
