Upper body strength:

This was a shitty, low energy, shit day.

Flat bench press:
bar x 10
135 x 6
185 x 3
225 x 2
245 x 1
275 x 1
315 x 1
330 x 1
275 x 8, 6
255 x 8
*Couldn't hang with 275. 315 and 330 were pretty doable, but didn't feel real strong today.


4 rounds of the following:
-10 towel pullups
-5 HSPUs (deficit from 45# bumpers)
Keep at this- pullup and grip endurance is critical

Overhead press:
bar x 10
95 x 4
135 x 2
185 x 1
205 x 2, 2, 2

Push press hold:
255 x 20 seconds x 2
*The push press was difficult. The hold wasn't overly terrible.


EMOM power clean to thruster x 10: Start at 95lbs. Add 10lbs every minute until you can't complete 10 reps in the minute.
6 reps into set of 115lbs.
*FML. I was thinking I'd make it to 135. Finished the first set in 40 seconds. Knew I was fucked.
