Bench. Cycle 3 Day 9

NOTES:
- Forgot a few things on the board.  Run time was 33:18.  32kg strict press was 5,4, and 3 reps. 
- 44kg KB push press is good where it is for another week.  Sufficiently tough.
- KB string press is good where it is with the 24.  With the 32, try to squeeze out more reps next time.
- Weighted chin ups are at 37 reps right now.  Need to work up to 50 total reps.  
- BW pull ups are at 50 total reps.  Maintain that for a while, but start absorbing reps from later sets into earlier sets to start knocking down total sets.
- No conditioning work today.  Workout ran almost 2 hours.
