Squats:

*470 is about 98% of previous 1rm, but felt pretty good.
480 x 1 (wraps)
495 x 1 (wraps)
*Squats were feeling good today so I broke out the knee wraps to see what would happen. 495 was surprisingly smooth. Probably could have squeezed 10ish more pounds out of it.

Anderson squats:
225 x 8, 8, 8, 8, 8 EXPLOSIVE out of the bottom.
*This felt much better and more explosive than normal speed squats. Loved it.

Clean

185 x 1
225 x 3 x 3, FAST

DB deadlifts 
100's x 40, for time.
TIME: 2:37

2 mile run- 9/10 pace
TIME: 16:10
*Embarrassing. So slow. So shitty. My lungs didn't suffer that bad, but my hamstrings ran out of juice real fast.
