- 2 muscle ups
- 4 handstand push ups
- 8 dumbbell swings (75#)

Goals for the coming week:
Overhead squat 5 sets of 3
Goal: 225#
Five rounds for time of:
- 95# power snatch x 15
- 400m run
Goal: sub 15:00
Weighted pull ups 7 sets of 1
Goal: 100#
I don't know about you, but I felt like I could have gotten 15 if the MU's didn't hurt so much. Had to drop from the rings after each single which cost alot of time. I like the upcoming week goals addition to the blog.
ReplyDeleteThe biggest problem on the muscle ups for me is that I pour sweat and I spent 20 minutes chalking up after each rep. I could have done a lot better, but I was so destroyed from yesterday that after the first three rounds I basically decided to stop doing it as a metcon and it turned into sets of exercises with a good amount of rest in between.
