Back lever work. Lower into tuck, lower into tuck and then straighten to extended tuck, lower into extended tuck.

2)
Deadlift: 3 sets of 3 off 4" platform with 90% 1rm
- 330 x 3, 3, 3

Press: 3, 3, 3, 3, 3
- 135 x 3
- 145 x 3
- 155 x 3
- 165 x 3
- 175 x 3

The last rep on 175 was one of the most bad ass fights I've ever been in.  It had to have been a 10 second rep.

Still resting the knee so no WODs and no serious leg work.

  1. Take your time on the leg recovery man. On another note, looks like your boy fell completely off the horse. Oh well, you can lead a horse to water...........
