Worked out at Planet Fitness.  Did some stuff for pulling strength.  

Weighted Pull ups: 5 sets of 3
- 25 x 3
- 35 x 3
- 45 x 3
- 55 x 3
- 60 x 3

wanted to get 75, but 60 was the heaviest DB they had.

Seated Cable Rows: 3 sets of 5
- 100 x 5
- 120 x 5
- 120 x 5

DB Curls: 2 sets of 6 w/ 50 lbs

DB Incline Curls: 1 set of 10 w/ 30 lbs

* knee is getting worse.  going to have to see a doctor probably to find out what the deal is.  not really sure if it's going to be a good idea to run the army 10 miler.
