BB Press w/ Red Bands:
- 95 x 2
- 95 x 2
- 95 x 2

1 Arm DB Floor Press:
- 85 x 5 (each arm)

*Decided to stop all things involving legs until my knee is back to absolute normal.  Especially since I have the 10 miler in just over a week.
