Front Squats:

- 225 x 6
- 240 x 5
- 260 x 3
- 275 x 2
- 300 x 1
- 315 x 1*

2)
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

- 3 Power Snatches w/ 150 lbs
- 2 rounds of 3 Pull Ups, 6 Push Ups, 9 Box Jumps to tire (22")

ROUNDS: 7

* Almost blacked out on this one.  It was amazing.  

** Kind of curious as to how I managed to front squat 315 when just a week or two ago I could barely back squat 315.  Maybe it's the time off I took.
