heavy, but not too bad

felt pretty good on these surprisingly. i feel like a have a body weight dip max in the tank.

Pull Ups

these felt good, but i still don't think i'd be ready to move up in weight yet.

BB Curls
- 130 x 5
- 135 x 5
going to be a while before i move up in weight probably. i got all the reps, but the second set got a little ugly.

Hang Power Snatches.
