felt like i might have had 5 during the second set, but without a spotter didn't want to risk it.
Flat Bench Press
- 270 x 1
wanted to do this to knock out another goal. this was tough, but not horrible. i definitely feel like it would have been easier without the incline presses before it.
Pendlay Rows
- 225 x 5
- 225 x 5
switched to BB rows for a little bit because i feel stagnant on pull ups. also used straps on these.
BB Curls
- 115 x 8
- 115 x 8
wanted to go a little lighter today to take a break. will hit it heavy again tomorrow.
