cut this workout short. really just did not have the energy for this workout. i think it might be because i worked out late last night and then early this morning. so i didn't get much rest between workouts. i might also just starting to get worn down. i think i'm going to do a light workout tomorrow, then rest a few days before picking it up heavy again.
