Felt really strong at back squats. Made it up to 370 in the warmup with no belt pretty easily. Gotta remember not to try to get too hyped up at higher weights because it really helps maintain form. Really thought I could hit 2 miles on the treadmill at 9.2 today which would translate into about a 6:30 miles. Got some work to do on that.
