415 felt pretty great.  Very smooth.  My upper back was pretty destroyed today (in a good way) so I'd have to say snatch grip rack pulls for the win.  I probably won't do them again for a while, but I think I've discovered that they're fairly useful.  The press felt harder today, but that might have been because I was stupid yesterday and did some heavy lateral raises.  Why, I don't know.  Hopefully I'll be rested enough for the next round not to feel as heavy.  Lat pull downs were easy enough.


The conditioning session was pretty rough.  Circuit workouts are useful because they're hard in a way and take a type of fortitude that even sprinting does not.  Not saying circuit workouts are harder than sprints by any means.  They're just different.  Both VERY hard in their own way.
