Back Squat
440 x 1 (belt, knee wraps)

Plank Holds
+ 90 x 1 minute
+ 100 x 40 seconds
BW w/ arms extended x 30 seconds
DB Shrugs (no straps)
100 x 11, 10, 10 per arm
440 felt pretty easy. I mean it was a struggle, but I moved consistently all the way through it. I think I could have gotten to 455 (which I wanted to), but I was spent. Mostly from having the circulation in my legs cut off multiple times. I hate knee wraps. I was planning to do a couple of days of wrapped back squats for a little overload, but I don't know if I'm up to it mentally. I'm going to hit 2-3 days of just working up to 90% and then I'm going to transition to front squats for a few weeks.
I need to do plank holds a lot more often. After I had finished them today my back felt more relaxed and un stressed than it has all week. Seems counter intuitive, but it felt amazing. I will definitely be doing them more often.
