Took a few light days and rest days but now I'm back at it. I fought of the urge to switch programs which is awesome as my biggest hindrance to progress is always training ADD so I'm trying to stay consistent. Switched movements for the next 3 week cycle.
The box squats were pretty tough. I think my hamstrings have some catching up to do because I always such much worse at wide stance squats.
I'd like to make it back up to at leas 200lbs in the weighted dip before this cycle is over.
Also going to start trying to keep track of protein intake on a daily basis. Those numbers will appear in green. Today's total ended up being 267.
