Box squats are already feeling better. I think the weight will go up fast with a little "grease the groove."
I kinda like the leg press as a finisher. Try to go as far down as possible on all reps. I was cutting the reps a little short when I got to 14 plates so I'll probably stick to 12 next time because those were pretty solid.
I think I'm going to take a little break from the SLDLs to give my mid and lower back a little rest.
