Things should finally be getting back on track since the holidays are basically over. Time to stop being a fat kid now. I weighed in at 193 at the end of the day today. I'm probably going to try to float back down to 185 while maintaining strength. Also going back to squatting every day.
Squats felt pretty good today, but I just don't feel like I maintain the groove as well when I take so many days in between sessions so I'm looking forward to doing them daily again. However, I think it was a good break.
Fuck benching. I really don't like it and my heart was not in it today. I mean 225 felt fine, but then I thought I could jump to 245 and it did not go well. I think I could have got it but I just kinda gave up. I dunno what happened.
