Felt
pretty awesome on squats today. Everything felt very solid and tight.
Made it to 390 with no belt on the warmup with ease. I'm pretty sure I
could have hit 405 with no belt without much trouble, but I wanted to
see what I could do today so I didn't want to waste the energy. Was
able to hit 430 with just the belt which is a 5 pound PR.
Power
cleans felt fine. I stayed kind of light because I'm trying to work on
the catapult technique. Kinda tough to get the hang of.
Was
able to run on the treadmill without much trouble to the foot, which
I'm very happy about. I felt it and it was noticeable, but it didn't
hurt per se. The run was pretty bad though. I haven't run in a while
so my leg endurance is kinda shot. I'll need to gain some of that
back. My lungs were fine, but my legs were getting really tired by the
end.
