Took it easy today as far as volume, but I'm a little pissed because 365 on the box squat was pretty tough, but more important the 405 deadlift was very hard. That seems to be my magic f*cking number for where my deadlift will forever stay. Clearly I need to devote a few more resources to bringing this up. I thought it would be better because I'm getting stronger overall in everything. But nope.
