Upped the volume a little today, but lowered the intensity.
Energy is starting to die. Couldn't even think straight today. It could be that I'm overdoing it on the Starbucks iced coffee a little bit. Today it made me feel like complete ass. So tasty though. Taking the weekend off and then starting Monday I'm going to mess around with frequency a little bit so that I'm hitting Squat, dips, and deadlifts twice every 5 days. Intensity is going to stay high, but I think this will help me recover a little bit. Should be a good change for a little while.
