The walk felt great.  My legs were pretty thrashed from yesterday and walk really helped loosen them up.  I also felt very strong on the static holds.  The tuck planche felt the best they have since I started doing them again.

KB Complex
5 Rounds.  No time
- 2 KB snatches right arm
- 3 KB cleans right arm
- 5 KB swings right arm
- 2 KB snatches left arm
- 3 KB cleans left arm
- 5 KB swings left arm
*70 lb KB
** Do not set KB down during round.  Not even to switch hands.
***1 - 2 minute rest between rounds.
