Forgot to add that doing the front levers on the cannon ball grips seemed to add a lot more stress to my lats than when I do them on the rings.  I don't know why, but I do like it.

■Sumo deadlift high pull, 75lb KB
■Box jumps, 24"
■Push press, 35lb DBs
■Double Unders

Count total reps for each round.  Score = the lowest rep count out of the 8 rounds.

  1. nice tabata work. Looks like your programming is more GPP and gymnastics lately. A.M. looked pretty solid too for strength development. Solid couple of weeks brother

  2. Yeah I have had to cut down the barbell work because I have to drop about 10 pounds get my conditioning back in a relatively short period of time. I know that's possible with heavy barbell work, but I just can't seem to manage it. I'm an all or nothing person. I also can't run when my quads are overpowering my legs. I'm trying to keep strength work up, just in a different way.
