Distance: 4.52 miles
Avg Pace: 13.38 min/mile
Avg Speed: 4.4 mph
mile 1: 13.32
mile 2: 13.17
mile 3: 13. 21
mile 4: 13.09
.52 mile: 6.40
This is what the watch tells me. I know I suck at math and all, but I am a little confused at how my average pace was 13.38 when supposedly only one of my miles went over 13.30. Also it would make logical sense to me that the average speed should equal the total distance traveled. If I traveled 4.5 miles in 1 hour wouldn't my average speed have to equal 4.5 mph?
