Bulgarian split squats.
95lb DBs x 3, 3, 3 per leg

10 Rounds.  No time.
- 30 step ups w/ 40lb vest (15 per leg)
- 5 Thrusters, 35lb DBs
- 7 Toes to bar
- 10 KB swings, 30kg bell
* 30 seconds rest between rounds

5 mile run.  Moderate pace.
TIME: 49.02

After 8 billion step ups "moderate pace" became a very relative term and the goal morphed into "don't stop running for 5 miles."  I was also drastically under fueled for this run and became fairly dehydrated.  I would have considered 8.30 - 9 to be a moderate pace, but it ended up being almost right at 10.  This become much more of a mental toughness workout than a physical one.  Pretty shitty all in all, but that's how we get better I suppose.

  1. I've had zillions of those kind of runs before... running in wrestling season is the worst. Glad you finished...hard to do when they keep dragging on.
