Weight: 35lbs.  Water not included. 
Distance: 4.46 miles
Mile 1: 13.44
Mile 2: 13.02
Mile 3: 13.21
Mile 4: 13.28
1/2 Mile: accidentally left watch running so don't know exact time.  About 6.42.

Felt pretty good today.  I think I could have gotten 4.5 miles even, but I'm still happy.  Legs felt great.  My shins didn't even cramp up which is a miracle.
