1 Mile warmup jog.  No time.

- 9 hang squat snatches @ 135

- 7 hang squat snatches @ 135

Had to cut the workout short today because my left ankle gave me a giant middle finger.  I tweaked it the previous week high rep box jumps and today it's in some pretty serious pain right on the ankle bone.  Not really sure what the deal is, but I will NEVER do box jumps in a conditioning workout ever again.  I break my rule one time and look what happens.  Box jump for power development, not to make yourself tired.
