Today was a terrible day.  I had zero energy and could not warm up.  Every joint was stiff and cracking.  I actually attempted to squat, but again the knees were cracking and no matter how many warmup sets I took I could not get warmed up.  I think I need to alter some things with my diet so I'm not so zapped for energy early in the day.  We'll see.
